There never was any real resolution to this issue. We went round and round with HP to get it fixed and nothing ever got fixed. Finally some service center in Brazil (?) sent us a pre-paid shipping label to send the whole thing back to them (at this point, this is the 2nd or 3rd replacement printer). A couple weeks go by and they start calling us to harass us to either send them their replacement printer back or pay some ridiculous amount of money for the (2-3x the actual retail price of the equipment). We have no way of tracking it to confirm that it arrived, UPS (or DHL or whomever the carrier was) won't release the tracking information to us since we didn't originate the label and HP won't authorize them to release the tracking information to us and won't bother to look at themselves (why would they if they have the chance to get a few hundred extra bucks out of some hapless customer?). This went on for a while and they ended up charging the company card the exorbitant amount anyway!!!

Last I heard we issued a chargeback on their charges for the missing printer (which one person at the Brazil (?) service center had confirmed arrived but nobody else had any clue about) that they'd charged us for. I think they tried to fight that too, but AFAIK, everything's since been ironed out and the office is an HP-free zone.

Our go-to device is now a Brother MFC 9*** series and it's working like a champ.

.(I am adding to my previous post. .. HP OJ Pro L7380 AiO)

The best part is that I used "The following printhead(s) has a problem" to search for info on the internet (Google) and found ONLY this complete phrase:
The following printhead(s) has a problem: black/yellow[K/Y].

This only means and confirms that the "Black/Yellow" printhead HAS a problem and HP has done NOTHING to address this issue. HP has NOT even bothered to warn / assist buyers at the time of purchase.

I called HP customer care and I have been told to take the printer to the service center. .. And we've already sent this blessed thing back one time--it showed up with a mangled power cord, apparently chewed by some kind of rodent. Then there were all the compatibility problems the thing had with Windows Vista, which mostly seemed to revolve around security permissions. I don't know what to say.
